城镇景观河道养护技术规程

前 言
随着我省城镇景观河道建设的快速发展，为保障城镇已建成和整治的景观河道有效养护，促进养护作业的规范化、标准化。根据浙江省建设厅《关于印发<二OO七年度浙江省工程建设地方标准编制计划>的通知》（建设发[2007]319号）文件，特制定《城镇景观河道养护技术规程》。
本规程以国家和行业的相关法规内容为基础，结合我省的养护作业实际，对城镇景观河道养护作业进行了规范。
本规程共10章和12个附录，主要技术内容有：总则，术语，基本规定，河床养护，堤防护岸养护，水体养护，闸门和泵站养护，绿化和景观养护，其它设施养护，技术档案等。
在执行过程中，请各有关单位结合景观河道养护实践，不断总结经验，并将发现的问题、意见和建议函告杭州高新（滨江）水务有限公司《城镇景观河道养护技术规程》编写组[地址：杭州高新区（滨江）火炬大道1699号，邮编：310053]，以供修订时参考。
