摘 要

本次毕业设计的是新新铁矿露天开采,设计年产量为90万吨。设计确定台阶坡面角为70度,台阶高度为12米;安全平台宽度为5米,清扫平台宽度为12米,最小底宽为22米,露天矿上下盘最终帮坡角分别为44度和45度。露天矿的最大长度为663米,最大宽度408米,最终开采底部标高为1560米,境界内可采储量1440万吨,开采年限16年。

设计采用汽车运输开拓,装运设备为3台WK-2型电铲和18辆BJ-373自卸

33汽车。采用经验系数法确定剥采比为2.52m/m,穿孔设备为2台KQ-200型钻

机,采用导爆管雷管“V”型起爆。排土工艺为汽车运输----推土机排土,排土设备为2台D85A-18(角铲)型推土机。

Abstract

This graduation project is the surface mining of Xinxin iron ore which designed annual production is 0.9 million tons. The operating pit geometry are determined as follows: the angle of beach slope is 70°, the bench height is 12m; the width of the safety platform is 5m, the width of the cleaning platform is 12m, the bottom width of the open-pit mine is 22m, the final hanging and lower walls slopes angle of the pit are 44°and 45°. The maximum length of the mining operation site is 663m and the maximum width is 408m, the height above datum of the pit final bottom is 1560m. The recoverable reserve in Surface Mines is 14.40millon tons, the production life is 16 years.

Truck transportation is adopted for the surface mine development. Loading and hauling equipments are eighteen Dump Trucks of BJ-373, two Excavators of WK-2. The equilibrium Stripping Ratio is 2.52m3/m3. Two Down-hole drilling rig of KQ-200 are used for the perforation and electric detonator is used for the “V” initiation. The dump process is Automobile Transportation dumping by overburden spreader; the equipments are two overburden spreaders of D85A-18.
