摘 要

随着国民经济的迅速发展,汽车行业已成为我国的支柱产业。我国汽车保有量迅速增加。同时为满足环保、节能、安全性和舒适等要求,现代汽车已广泛采用了自动变速器。自动变速器的出现不仅使车辆系统的传动系统更加复杂,同时对车辆的维修人员提出了更高的要求。自动变速器和手动变速器相比,不论是结构还是工作原理都要复杂的多。而在自动变速器的研究中,阀板的工作过程是我们研究的难点。在其工作时,我们无法看到其内部的油路和阀体动作,当我们拆开它时,其内部复杂的结构,让我们很难找到各档位时工作油道和阀体的位置。为了让广大的维修人员理解其工作过程,我们用3D MAX制作出油路图,在油路图上安装LED,利用单片机控制LED的闪亮和各个阀体的动作。来示意各个档位的油路走向和阀体位置。同时制作了各个阀体的动作动画,来演示阀体的工作过程。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of the national economy, the automotive industry has become China's pillar industries. China's rapid increase in cars. At the same time to meet the environmental protection, energy saving, safety and comfort requirements can be met, Hyundai Motor has been widely used in automatic transmission. The emergence of automatic transmission system not only makes the vehicle drive system more complex and at the same time of maintenance personnel on the vehicle a higher demand. Automatic transmission and manual transmission as compared to both the structure and working principle should be more complex. Automatic transmission in the study, the working process of the valve is difficult for us to study. In its work, we can not see the internal circuit and body movements, when we opened it, the complexity of its internal structure, so it is difficult to find work in the oil when the stalls and Body Road location. In order for the majority of the maintenance personnel to understand the course of their work, we produce 3D MAX circuit diagram, circuit diagram in the installation of LED, the use of single-chip control of the flashing LED and various body movements. To indicate the various stalls and the valve body to the location of circuit. At the same time, the production of various body movements of the animation, to demonstrate the process of body work.
