15. Optional Hot End Heel Laser Code

An optional laser code may be used on the heel in place of the bottom plate video jet code on NR’s with written approval from ABI. The code will be placed randomly around the circumference of the heel at 2.4 mm nominal height (.3.2 mm max.) Vertical placement location will be between the base of the bottle and the start of the heel contact straight. The code is not to appear on the heel contact straight. Format for the code is the same as in section 15. The code cannot create an unacceptable appearance under any lighting conditions.

16. Internal Pressure Samples representing bottles to be shipped will, as tested by the manufacturer, meet the highest requirement established in the \in accordance with ASTM method C147.

The following procedure applies to bottles tested at the brewery: 1) Select 20 bottles at random from a lot of production for testing. 2) Accept the lot if all bottles test above 12.1 bar. 3) Reject the lot if two (2) bottles test below 12.1 bar.

4) Resample the lot if one (1) bottle tests below 12.1 bar. Resample 20 bottles: Reject the lot if two bottles test below 12.1 bar. Accept the lot if one bottle tests below 12.1 bar, or all bottles test above 12.1 bar.

5) In all cases, reject the lot if any bottles test below 10.3 bar.

16. 内压

样品应代表所发运的瓶子,制造商检测了的,要符合中国啤酒瓶国家标准规定的按ASTM147方法测试1分钟(或相当条件)的最高要求。

下列抽样程序适用于啤酒厂测试玻瓶:

1)从测试批中随机抽取20个样品检测,

2)如果说有结果大于12.1 bar, 则接收该批,

3)若有2个或2个以上结果低于12.1 bar, 拒绝该批,

4)若发现一个低于12.1 bar, 则抽20瓶子复测, 复测结果2个低于12.1 bar拒收;一个低于12.1 bar。1或都高于12.1 bar,接收。

5)任何情况下,只要发现低于10.3 bar的值则拒收。

17. Thermal Shock Samples representing bottles to be shipped, as tested by the manufacturer, be capable of passing without breaking when tested in accordance with ASTM method C149, which provides that the differential will be 42° C for the first immersion, hot to cold.

样品应能代表所发运的瓶子、是制造商检测了的,按照ASTM149标准规定的方法,即第一次浸入温差为42℃而且是由热到冷的方式浸水,没有破损为测试通过。

18. Impact Testing Refer to the \18.冲击

参照“中国国家玻瓶标准”, 该标准要求抗冲击最低为0.4J 。

19. Annealing Samples representing bottles to be shipped will, as tested by the manufacturer, have a temper number of not more than four (4) when tested in accordance with ASTM method C148.

样品应代表所发运的瓶子, 制造商检测了的, 按照ASTMC148方法检测回火后硬度读数不能大于(4)。

20. Out-Of-Round Specification - All Bottle Sizes The out-of-round specification for heel, shoulder and body diameters is calculated using the +/- heel / shoulder diameter tolerance shown on the individual bottle drawings: Ex. 12LNNR: Heel/shoulder diameter target = 62.0 mm +1.6 mm -1.2 mm The O-O-R specification = 1.6 mm +1.2 mm = 2.8 mm

In addition, Anheuser-Busch, Inc. requires that glass plants react to normal production O-O-R readings of 2.0 mm and greater in the heel/shoulder contact and body diameter as soon as possible. This would include notifying the hot end to take corrective action so that quantities of ware with readings 2.0 mm or greater are minimized.

Bottles with obvious gross sunken body sidewall panels are unacceptable.

20 不圆度标准-所有尺寸瓶子

另外,AB公司要求玻瓶厂对瓶跟瓶肩接触点和瓶身直径不圆度读数为2.0毫米及以上的常规产品尽快作出反应。 这包括通知热端采取行动更正以保证不圆度读数为2.0毫米及以上的产品最小化。

21. Overflow Capacity (optional method) When testing overflow capacity on ABI bottles, the following procedure may be used. This is the method used by PTG:

1) Measure and record the temperature (°C) of the distilled water to be used for capacity checks. 2) Zero out the gram scale.

5) Add water to overflow until the water level is even with the sealing surface. 6) Record the gram weight of the water.

22. Visual Conditions The acceptance of visual conditions in the glass such as blisters, seeds, loading marks, cold/wavy

appearance, laps, tears, dirty appearance, heavy seams, etc. will be evaluated based on the following tests, as needed:

1. Internal Pressure 2. Impact

3. Thermal shock 4. Vertical load

5. Overall appearance

Refer to Corporate Quality Assurance procedures for disposition of individual shipments.

22. 目测状况

目测状态下玻瓶接收检测如气泡、粒子、料印、冷端、歪的外观、重叠、破损、脏污、模缝线粗大等等外观状况, 检测基于下列测试和需要时进行:

1. 内压 2. 冲击 3. 热震

4. 垂直载荷 5. 整体外观

处理措施参照总部质量部各具体程序要求。

23. Emblems and Logos The appearance of logos and emblems, as designated on individual bottle drawings, must conform to the standard as furnished by the Packaging Technology Group and be relieved for proper definition as specified. 23. 符号及标识

标示和符号外观,见个具体瓶型设计,必须遵照包装技术部的提供的标准并符合相关定义说明。

24. Label Panel Indent The indent value shown on individual bottle drawings represents a value considered minimum to provide positive label protection throughout the entire label panel area. Suppliers must maintain the indent to ensure no bottle to bottle or label to label contact throughout the label panel area.
