The emergency stop button is installed in the four corners of AGV and operation panel. The position is easy to operate and at the same time has the measures to avoid any touch by mistake. When there¡¯s anything abnormal happens and the emergency stop button is pressed, AGV will stop running and working immediately, and the red light will glitter. The emergency stop circuit should be made by hard-wiring (not the program control).

AGV dispatching management system adopts the method of centralized dispatching management. Based on the transportation tasks from the production management system, AGV working status and running state, the console will send orders and tasks through communication system to selected AGV, which will complete engine transportation and assistant assembly upon console order. After finishing tasks, AGV will inform the console of completion and return to the position for next task.
