摘要

人力资源管理对企业的持续发展有着重要的影响,是企业管理的重要组成部分。招聘管理工作是人力资源管理的第一个重要环节,招聘质量的好坏对企业的长远发展起到举足轻重的作用。因此,企业迫切需要一种适合自己的招聘管理办法对人力资源管理进行优化。

本文以A公司现有的招聘体系为研究对象,首先从企业招聘管理的理论研究入手,论述了招聘的概念、招聘工作的一般流程、招聘渠道以及影响招聘的内外部因素:接着,对A公司现有的人力资源管理现状和招聘管理现状进行分析,找出A公司招聘管理工作中存在的问题;最后,通过对A公司招聘工作的问题分析,提出解决问题的方案,为A公司建立合适招聘体系,并结合定性与定量的分析方法,依据模糊综合评判法的理论和原理建立招聘体系的综合评判法。 关键词:招聘方案,招聘流程,面试

Abstract

Human Source Management,which is one of the important parts of enterprise management, shows an important influence on the sustainable development of enterprises.Recruitment management is the first important link in the management of human resources, the quality of the recruitment of the long-term development of the enterprise plays a pivotal role. Therefore, the enterprise urgently needs one kind of suit for own recruitment management method to optimize the human resources management.

According to the existing recruitment management system of the A Company, the background,meaning of the research and the content of the article were discussed at first. Then the concepts of recruitment and the general hiring processes and the internal and external factors which affect recruitment were discussed from the perspective of the theoretical research of enterprise recruitment management. Finally, the recruitment system for A Company Was rebuilt according to the analysis of the problems existing in the recruitment in the A Company, the comprehensive evaluation method of the recruitment system Was built to optimize the company recruitment method based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining with the qualitative and quantitative analysis method,the effectiveness of the method is validated.
