青岛理工大学毕业设计
摘 要
在当今日新月异的时代，工程建设在现代社会发展中起着重要作用。实施规划是建筑施工的核心和灵魂，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排，用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。本施工规划是针对内蒙古恒坤化工有限公司焦化项目的综合楼工程设计方案的纲领性文件。编制时对项目管理机构设置、施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施、施工现场管理措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性，确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务。
项目实施规划主要包括以下内容：项目经理部组织结构设置、施工部署、施工方案、单位工程的施工进度计划、资源的供应计划、施工准备工作计划、施工总平面布置、施工技术组织措施计划。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地，节约成本等条件，编制出针对性的施工实施规划，每个分部分项工程的特点、结构特征、施工难易程度工期和质量要求，编制出切实可行的施工方案。以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控制工程成本，创建优质工程。

Abstract
In today's fast-changing times, engineering construction in the modern society developing plays an important role. The planning and construction is the core and soul of engineering construction projects, is the whole process of conception and proposes to guide the construction project arrangement, the whole technical and economic activities and organization of comprehensive files. This construction planning is constant in Inner Mongolia kun chemical Co.LTD. Coking project engineering design scheme of the complex programmatic document. Prepare for project management institutions when setting, construction overall arrangement, construction preparation, main divisions breakdown construction method, engineering quality assurance measures, safety and civilized construction measures, construction site management measures as fully as possible factors such as scientific, consideration, outstanding targeted and applicability and high-quality, low consumption, safety, civilization, high-speed completed all construction task.
Project planning mainly include the following content: project construction joint organization structure setup, deploy, construction plan, unit of construction of the project schedule, resource supply plan, construction preparation work plan, construction general layout, construction technology organization the action plan. To ensure the quality and safety, construction period, the cost savings civilized construction site conditions, formulate specific construction plan, each division of the sectional works characteristics, structure characteristics, construction project and how easy it is to develop the quality requirements, and feasible construction scheme. In order to guide the construction successfully complete this project of construction, control engineering cost, create quality engineering.
