前 言

毕业设计的主要目的是培养学生综合运用所学知识和技能,分析解决实际问题的能力。通过毕业设计使学生形成经济、环境、市场、管理等大工程意识,培养学生实事求是、谦虚谨慎的学习态度和刻苦钻研、勇于创新的精神。毕业设计过程中复习以前所学习的专业知识,同时也锻炼了学生将理论运用于实践的能力。

桥梁的设计需要综合考虑各个方面的因素,其中包括桥址处地形、地貌、气象、水文条件、工程地质、以及周围所处的环境等等,除此之外,任何一个设计都必须要考虑的问题就是怎样将经济、实用、美观三者都融于设计之中。

设计主要包括三个部分:一是桥梁的结构设计,二是桥梁的施工组织设计,三是桥梁工程的概预算。桥梁的结构设计,主要是行车道板、主梁、盖梁、桩柱的内力计算、截面配筋、强度验算等。通过方案比选后确定本桥为简支空心板桥,桥长80.08米。计算过程中主要参考了《公路桥涵设计手册——梁桥(上册)》、《钢筋混凝土简支梁(板)桥》、《桥梁工程》、《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》、《公路桥涵设计通用规范》等书籍;桥梁的施工组织设计,主要完成了桥梁主体结构的施工方案以及施工重点,设计过程中主要参考了《桥梁施工及组织管理》;桥梁工程的概预算,首先确定技术方案和工程量,然后依据《公路工程基本建设项目设计文件编制办法》、《公路定额及编制办法汇编》等等得到其他直接费,间接费及现场经费,最后进行预算汇总。此次毕业设计除了有详细的计算书外,还按照设计要求绘制了一定量的施工图纸。

总之,通过毕业设计,达到基本知识、基础理论、基本技能(三基)和运用知识能力、网络获取知识的能力、计算机应用的能力、外语能力以及文化素质、思想品德素质、业务素质(三个素质)的训练,培养学生运用所学的专业知识和技术,研究、解决本专业实际问题的初步能力。

第一章 霍宾台桥设计计算书

一、设计说明 (一)设计背景

我选的课题是石家庄市平涉线(平山县---涉县)霍宾台中桥设计。平涉线是石家庄市内的一条重要公路。霍宾台中桥是平涉线平山县境内的一位中桥。

霍宾台旧桥修建年代于1975年,为石拱桥。由于当时设计等级较低,已不能满足现在的交通需要。受石家庄市公路管理处的委托,我单位对霍宾台中桥进行现在了现场测量、水文地质调研。根据霍宾台桥位所处地形及当地50年的水文情况、交通量等情况,拟定将霍宾旧台桥拆除重建。重建后的霍宾台桥全84.08米,桥面净宽7米。该桥设计为5-16米钢筋混凝土简支板结构,桥面连续,与路线前进方向交角为90度。

(三)主要材料

上部结构

1.混凝土:预制空心板、封头、铰缝均采用30号混凝土,桥面铺装采用40号混凝土。 2.普通钢筋:除特殊要求外,普通钢筋应满足下列要求。 直径≥12mm者采用Ⅱ级钢筋。 直径<12mm者采用Ⅰ级钢筋。 3.钢板:钢板采用A3钢板或16锰钢。

4.伸缩缝:采用经过省部级鉴定的专业厂家生产的C60型异型钢伸缩装置。
