某某加油站安全现状评价研究

摘 要:加油站是为各种机动车辆添加油料的专用场所,是储存和经营危险化学品的重要地点。其主要的危险化学品有汽油和柴油等,一旦发生事故,不易控制,同时造成的后果也相当严重,进行安全评价可有效预防事故发生,减少事故,对全过程、全方位提供安全指导。

本文是对某某加油站进行安全现状评价,通过大量材料的调查研究,论述了国内外安全评价的发展现状、加油站安全现状、 安全评价的目的和意义。通过收集加油站资料,分析加油站的工艺流程,对加油站中可能存在的危险有害因素进行分析和研究。结合加油站的这些特点,将其划分为三个评价单元:辅助单元、加油工艺单元、储油库单元。其中,对辅助单元运用安全检查表法进行了定性分析,运用作业条件危险性评价法和道化学火灾爆炸指数法分别对加油工艺单元和储油库单元进行定量分析。

经过分析得知该加油站的辅助单元基本符合要求,加油工艺单元和储油罐单元都处在较安全的状态。最后针对安全管理、加油工艺、总平面布局及电气消防设施等方面提出了一些具体的对策措施,得到安全评价结论。

Safety Assessment for the Taihua Road’s Gas Station

Abstract: Gas station is a special place for all kinds of motor vehicles to refuel. It is also an important place for storage and management of hazardous chemicals. The main hazardous chemicals are petrol and diesel, which are difficult to control when accident occurs,and the consequences are also quite serious . Safety evaluation can effectively prevent accidents .It can also provide safe guidance of the whole process. This article is an assessment of Taihua station safety status. Through a large amount of material investigation and study, this paper discusses the current situation of the development of Chinese safety evaluation and the situation of gas station security evaluation. Through collecting the gas station information collection and analysis of the technological process of gas station, this article analysis and research the Possible risk factors in the gas station. Combined with the characteristics of gas station, evaluation can be divided into three units: auxiliary unit , refueling process units, oil deports and auxiliary unit. Among all above safety check list method is used for the qualitative analysis. using the operation conditions risk assessment method of chemical fire and explosion index method, respectively, the refueling process units and units of oil depots in quantitative analysis.

Assessments indicate that auxiliary unit of the gas station basically meet the requirements. Fuel cell process units and tanks are in a safer state. It also put forward safety assessment conclusion and some specific countermeasures of security management, refueling craft, overall layout and electrical fire control facilities at the end of this article.
