Abstract

No toxic side effects of feed yeast, pollution-free residue, no resistance, yeast cells are rich in protein, vitamins, fat, sugar, enzymes and various nutrients and some unknown factors which promote to grow.

Studies have shown that feed yeast either as feed additives, also as an alternative to fish meal in aquatic animal feed protein raw materials. With the livestock and aquaculture development of genetically engineered feed, yeast is an expression of exogenous recombinant protein quality receptor system. All that, and feed yeast in the feed industry, which has broad application prospects.

This paper describes an annual output of 3,000 tons of feed yeast factories process design, particularly in the fermentation workshop focused workshop, focusing on equipment, fermentation is detailed. The design of medium-sized city in southern China to fully consider the outskirts of geography, climate, and domestic feed yeast production practice, drawing on the attitude of the mature experience and advanced technology, local conditions, active use of new technology equipment, new materials and new scientific research. Finally the feed yeast factory designing process is advanced.

Used in the design of the study through a combination of knowledge, and extensive literature reference to technical information, the basic technology used in the traditional domestic technology, technical specifications are more in line with today's technology level, thus the results obtained related to certain reference value.

The focus of this design is the fermentation plant, the fermentation process technology and key equipment selection and demonstrate the design of fermentation tanks are made in the text discussed in more detail. Article focuses on the fermentation of plant material for the accounting, and then workshop on the fermentation of various equipment used in the selection and design calculations, and then workshop focused on the fermentation tanks for fermentation equipment, concrete and comprehensive design, and finally on the Related water, electricity, steam, cold consumption is estimated.

This design is a four-year university knowledge that a comprehensive study, by the design, so I better grasp of the plant design and production of basic knowledge, deepen understanding of knowledge and strengthen their analytical and problem-solving capacity.
