中小企业知识型人才流失的原因及对策分析

摘 要

伴随着全球化、信息化与知识经济的到来,企业之间竞争的焦点越来越集中在资讯、知识、科技综合体——知识型人才上。经济管理中各种要素的管理归根到底是对高素质人才即知识型人才的管理,知识型人才管理的好坏成为了企业成败的关键因素。鉴于此,本文以中小企业知识型人才管理现状为背景,通过对知识型人才流失的主要原因进行分析,并根据自己的看法提出了相应的对策与措施,希望对企业知识型人才的管理具有一定的启发和借鉴作用。

本文研究采用查阅相关数据资料的方式,同时,借助于社会学、心理学以及管理学等学科所提供的研究结果,对中小企业知识型人才流失问题采用理论和实践相结合的方法,研究中小企业知识型人才流失现状,探索中小企业知识型人才流失问题的解决策略和方法。本文主要从四个方面来探讨中小企业知识型人才流失问题。第一方面提出了知识型人才的内涵;其次,针对中小企业知识型人才流失的现状和影响找出知识型人才流失的原因;最后,根据现状和原因提出可能的解决方案。

ABSTRACT

With the development of information, globalization and knowledge economy, enterp

rises have paid more and more attention to the complex of knowledge, information and scientific technology---- the knowledge type talented person in the competition. The management of all factors in the economic management are actually management of the knowledge type talented person, which is the key factor of a successful enterprise. So the passage makes an analysis some key points against the background of current situation for the managementin small and medium enterprises. And then puts forward some suggestions accordingly, hoping such analysis could offer some hints for reference.

Finishing the article is the method by finding data about this, at the same time, th

e findings provided by the help of sociology, psychology and management science and other disciplines, theory and practice is the main method about knowledge-based SME brain drain. The article researches knowledge-based SME brain drain situation, and explores problem solving strategies and methods of knowledge-based SME brain drain. In this paper, there are four aspects. The first one is the meaning of knowledge-based SME brain drain; thereafter is to find the reasons for brain drain from the status and impact of knowledge-based SME brain drain; finally, put forward the possible solutions based on the current situation and the reasons.
