Step 4 Language Points Order is a commercial document used to request someone to supply something in return for payment and providing specifications and quantities. Order letters create one half of a contract. A good letter ordering an item or service should be accurate and complete. What does an order letter usually include? Beginning Open with a general description of your order that encompasses all the details Middle Provide all specifications: quantity price (including discounts), size, catalog number, product description, shipping instructions (date and place), arrangements for payment (method, time, deposits), and cost totals.
