摘 要

本设计为 某办公综合楼空调设计,建筑地下一层,地上十二层。地下一层为设备房和停车库,地上一层为营业大厅,二层为会议室,三层为餐厅,四至十二层为办公场所。

根据建筑功能特点,选取全空气系统和风机盘管+独立新风系统的空调方式, 对于会议室等大空间采用全空气系统,接待,办公等较小的空间就用风机盘管+独立新风系统, 独立新风+风机盘管的空调方式是由风机盘管承担室内冷负荷,而新风负荷由各层新风机组来承担,新风通过新风机组处理到与室内等焓值的状态,直接送入房间。

公共卫生间设置排气系统,冷水机组布置在地下一层机房内。针对地下一层的实际使用情况,系统设计了排风方案,采用机械进风和机械排风系统。
