摘 要

矿井提升机是煤炭、冶金等深井矿山生产过程中非常重要的设备。对矿井提升机的电气控制设备基本要求是: 安全第一、高度可靠、功能强大、使用方便。目前国外基本上都采用基于PLC技术的矿井提升机交流电控系统。而我国矿井提升机大多是采用交流异步电机拖动,其电气控制系统采用转子串、切电阻调速,由继电器-接触器构成逻辑控制装置。随着计算机和PLC技术的不断发展,采用先进的控制技术改造矿山行业的传统控制系统已经势在必行。本文以安全、可靠、高效、经济为出发点,以可靠性原则为依据,对矿井提升机交流电控系统中转子电路串电阻调速部分,进行研究设计,由可编程控制器(PLC)代替继电器-接触器构成逻辑控制装置。并采用现代化的管理和监视手段保障提升机的安全运行。从而使矿井提升机的控制性能得到极大的改善,使其自动化水平、安全、可靠性都达到新的高度。

Abstract

Mine hoist is very important equipment in production process of coal, metallurgy and so on of mine in such deep well. The basic requirements are: “safety first, high reliability, powerful, easy to use” for electronic control equipment of the mine hoist. Currently in foreign countries, control system of mine hoist basically uses AC control system of PLC. But in China, the mine hoist mostly uses AC induction motor to drag, and the electronic control system uses rotor string of resistance or rotor cut resistance to adjustment speed, and using relays-contactor to constitute logic control device. With the development of computer and PLC technology, using advanced control technology to transform mine industry's traditional control system has been imperative. This paper use safety, reliability, efficiency, economy as the starting point, according to the principle of reliability, we study and design the part of rotor string of resistance and rotor cut resistance to adjustment speed in AC electronic control system of mine hoist. Programmable logic controller (PLC) replaces the relay-contactor to constitute logic control unit. Adopting modernized management and monitoring means to guarantee the safe operation of the hoist. The control performance of mine hoist get a great improvement, and its automation level, safety and reliability reaches to new height.
