300MW机组热力部分局部初步设计

摘 要

本次设计为300MW机组热力部分局部初步设计,本次设计在进行设计选型时仅依照安全经济的标准进行优化没有考虑其他影响因素,充分借鉴铁岭发电厂设备选型及其方案。 经过设计最终确定了汽轮机以及锅炉的形式。其中汽轮机部分包括进汽压力、温度,汽耗量,机组热耗量,全厂热效率,全厂热耗率,发电标准煤耗率。锅炉部分包括最大连续蒸发量,锅炉效率。

在确定完主机形式的基础上进一步拟定了主要系统并确定了主要辅机的形式。其中系统的拟定包括主蒸汽管道系统的拟定,再热机组旁路系统的拟定,给水管道系统的拟定,回热加热器管道系统的拟定,除氧器管道系统的拟定,补充水管道系统的拟定,排污扩容器及排污冷却器管道系统的拟定,轴封管道系统的拟定,制粉系统的拟定等。确定的主要辅机有磨煤机、给煤机、送风机、引风机、给粉机、粗粉分离器、给水泵等。

本文设计在选型时仅依照安全经济的标准进行优化没有考虑其他影响因素。

Abstract

In determining the form of end hosts on the basis of further development of the main auxiliary systems and identifies the major form. Which developed the system, including the formulation of the main steam piping system, reheat unit bypass system in the formulation, development of water supply piping system, heat recovery heater piping system formulation, the formulation of oxygen pipeline system to supplement the proposed water pipeline system sewage and sewage expansion devices proposed pipeline system cooler, seal piping systems in the formulation, the formulation of the milling system, etc. Have identified the main auxiliary mill, coal feeder, blower, induced draft fan, to the powder, coarse separator, feed water pump and so on.
