1、工程简介

2008年“5.12”汶川大地震中,都江堰作为重灾区之一,许多公路受地震影响,公路沿线的山体产生了大量的崩塌和滑坡,导致路面开裂、交通受损,严重的制约了该区正常生产,对当地人民群众生活和旅游事业的发展带来了很大影响,为了响应国家尽快救灾恢复正常生产的号召,公司承担了都江堰紫坪铺镇至麻柳坪附近,路线全长25.640㎞的公路灾后重建的监理工作,该公路为都江堰市虹口旅游公路。

本项目位于龙门山断裂带上,地震前时有危岩落石现象发生。加上受“5.12”特大地震影响,本路破坏严重,其中手爬岩至峡口岩段尤为突出,地震使山体破碎,产生大量的塌方,形成山体坍塌面最高处达450M,同时随时伴有严重的危岩、落石发生,如进行彻底整治,难度大。本项目一直沿白沙河左岸进行,白沙河岸坡陡峻,河谷水流急,给灾后重建带来一困难。根据现场勘测得知,起点至八角庙段原路路基宽度在7.0M~7.5M之间,路线基本上能达到设计30㎞/h的三级公路标准,局部地段路线只能达到四级公路标准;八角庙至 路线终点原路路基宽度在4.0M~5.5M之间,为等外级景区公路。

本项目分为三个标段,第一标段起于都江堰市紫坪铺镇,终于久红村;第二标段起于久红村,终于红色村;第三标段起于红色村,终于黄坡。全线共设2处断链,断链桩号(K7+760=K7+843.226,长链83.226米,K11+650=K11+655.696,长链5.696米)道路起点坐标(N=21379.624,E=24969.456;道路终点坐标N=8117.203,E=12600.202)本项目起点至八角庙原则上按设计速度30Km/h,路基宽度7.5m,路面宽度6.5m重建;八角庙至项目终点,原则上按设计速度20Km/h,路基宽度4.5m,路面宽度3.5m的四级单车道公路进行恢复重建。两侧路肩宽50cm,在K7+661.27位置有一座加宽的久红小桥。

按交委要求,本项目为灾后恢复重建,即原则上不改变既有路线形和路基宽度的条件下,进行边坡整治、加固,恢复交通标志及标线工程,所采取的工程措施主要是增强边坡的稳定性,降低交通事故的发生概率。本次重建对既有公路路宽、路等级不作调整。
