1、日常培训每天晨会必培训一项内容;需示范的下午4:30在客房或工作间培训。 Do one content training on daily morning meeting; If needed, do demonstration at 4:30 pm in guest room or workroom.

2、 公司主管查房时针对员工做的不好的立即现场培训

Supervisor will teach the staff do the right thing when she/he finds the staff did something wrong. 3、 每天一句酒店英语

4、 和酒店合作共同培训,结合每个酒店实际,要求酒店提供所需帮助

Do training together with the hotel, combined with each hotel’s actual situation, ask hotel for help when needed.

5、 让员工互动,要求每个员工说出来以及做示范,加深印象
