PID control mimic contains heating PID control and vacuum PID control. The heating PID control trendand vacuum PID controltrend can be seen in the mimic. The heating PID control parameters and vacuum PID control parameters can also be setup in the mimic as shown in diagram 3.11.

PID控制画面包括加热PID控制真空PID控制。在该画面中可以看到加热PID控制实时曲线图和真空PID控制实时曲线图;同时在画面中可以设置加热控制PID参数和真空控制PID参数。如下图3.11所示:

3.Vacuum/Heating trend真空/加热趋势图

The trends of the vacuum and heating control will be shown in this section. The shelfinlet temperature TE201 , shelfcontrolled setup, chamber vacuum PT101 and control vacuum setup parameter trends will be displayed. The textbox can setup the continuing time period of the trends.

在这部分显示真空和加热控制的趋势图:显示板层入口温度TE201,板层控制温度设定值,箱体真空值PT101和控制真空设定值的曲线;文本框可以设置曲线的持续时间。

3.2.7 Alarm mimics报警画面

Alarm mimics display the current alarms and query function of the history alarms as shown in diagram 3.12. The mimic mainly includes three parts: the first part is the alarm list providing the alarm information. The second part is the real-time alarm confirmation to confirm the current alarms. And the last part is query of the history alarms in the setup time period. Details are as follows:

The alarm list lists all alarms, including alarm information, last updating time, status, related variables, actual value, current value and production batch, see table 3.6 for reference.

报警一览表用于显示发生的报警,包括报警消息、最后更新时间、状态、关联变量、发生值、当前值和生产批号,参看表3.6说明。
