盾构作业细则

说明:本作业细则以海瑞克土压平衡式盾构、复合型土压平衡盾构、泥水加压式盾构为例。

本作业细则涵盖了盾构组装、盾构拆卸、盾构过站及调头、盾构过矿山法隧道段、盾构操作、刀具更换及维修、盾构维修保养存放、管片拼装、管线延伸、渣土运输、注浆、盾构施工测量及监测、安全用电、油水检测及故障诊断等部分,本细则是对《盾构机管理办法》的补充和完善。

第1章 盾构组装作业细则

§1 准备工作 1.1 组装场地的准备

盾构组装前应对组装场地进行布置和必要的加固,加固标准有现场负责施工的土木技术人员进行核定,以满足盾构大件组装和运输的要求。 1.2 洞门凿除、洞门密封的安装

洞门凿除前首先打水平探孔检查洞门土体加固质量,然后再根据检验情况进行下一部的工作。当加固质量达不到要求时进行补充加固;当加固质量满足要求时开始进行洞门连续墙的凿除。洞门凿除施工分两次进行,第一次先将围护结构凿除,将第一层钢筋切割,保留内层钢筋和保护层;在盾构始发前将最内层钢筋割除,(根据地层加固情况,割除钢筋采用由上到下的顺序进行)确保没有钢筋侵入刀盘出洞轮廓范围之内。

洞口密封环安装主要是防止背衬注浆浆液和地层水土外泄,并在帘布橡胶迎盾构机面涂润滑油以避免盾构机刀盘挂破帘布橡胶板。先用圆环板固定帘布橡胶板,再安装折叠合叶压板。同时还要准备必要的防止漏浆的物资和机具。 1.3 始发架的定位

始发架的定位工作由负责施工的测量人员完成,并报土木负责人复核。 1.4 组装机具的准备

盾构组装一般准备如下主要机具(详见表1):
